Semiconductor Equipment Maintenance Specialist

Perform on-site maintenance for semiconductor metrology equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Adhere to safety protocols and participate in Continuous Improvement Projects (CIPs). We are seeking an experienced field service engineer with expertise in defect inspection tools or review tools.
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance tasks for semiconductor metrology equipment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects (CIPs).
Requirements include 3-5 years of experience as a field service engineer, preferably in a metrology semiconductor manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with defect inspection tool or review tools, be able to work in a cleanroom environment, and perform overtime as necessary.
