Business Lead

Join a high-performing team seeking a visionary Business Lead to drive strategic growth and develop innovative solutions in the AV/VC space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles for AV/VC solutions, leveraging strong business acumen and technical expertise.
  • Cultivate key partnerships with enterprise clients, vendors, and ecosystem partners to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the AV/VC vertical, including identifying white space opportunities and upselling existing accounts.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in AV/VC sales, consulting, or business leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of AV/VC technologies, market dynamics, and client use cases (Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, boardroom builds, hybrid collaboration, etc.).
  • Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement across C-level clients, technical teams, and partners.
  • Project management experience — able to oversee deployment timelines, stakeholder alignment, and vendor coordination.
  • Excellent communication, commercial acumen, and consultative selling ability.
  • Familiarity with AV/VC brands and platforms, including Logitech, Poly, Yealink, Jabra, Neat, Kandao, Huddly, Crestron, AMX, Extron, Q-SYS, Barco, Shure, Biamp, Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Google Meet Hardware, Cisco Webex, and more.
