Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and repair of car park equipment in Singapore. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing complex problems, identifying solutions, and executing maintenance tasks with precision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site technical assistance, conduct thorough diagnostics, and perform repairs of car park equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic boards, CCTV, network issues.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, replacement of parts at car park sites.
  • Terminate different types of electrical, communication cables.
  • Install, test, and commission car park systems.
  • Document service, maintenance, and testing records.
  • Deliver end-user training and ensure seamless system integration.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by senior staff members.

Requirements:

  • ITE / Diploma / Degree in Electrical/Electronic or equivalent.
  • Class 3 driving license.
  • Background in car park system, CCTV, alarm system, access control system is an asset.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in networking, servicing, and maintenance of car park systems.
  • Candidates with more years of experience may be considered for senior positions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Good planning and time management skills to achieve job efficiency.
  • Mature, proactive working attitude and team player.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision at various locations.
  • Flexible to work two rotating shifts and weekends.
