Electronics Design Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of electronic products, ensuring optimal performance, functionality, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, test, and troubleshoot hardware designs for electronic products.
  • Design for testability, ensuring efficient validation and compliance testing.
  • Create and execute test plans to verify product functionality and reliability.
  • Document designs, test results, and compliance certifications.
  • Optimize designs for cost efficiency, manufacturability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design and manufacturing challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Electronics Product Design and Testing. Expertise in one or more of the following areas is required:

  • Microprocessor/Microcontroller system design (preferably ARM processors).
  • Memory system designs.
  • Logic Design for FPGA/CPLD/PAL devices.
  • Electronic board-level design with an emphasis on testability.
  • Ethernet and USB design, testing, and certification.
  • Digital electronics power supply circuits.
  • Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout design tools.
  • Experience in board-level and system-level design verification testing.
  • Knowledge of EMI noise reduction techniques and PCB layout countermeasures.
  • Hands-on experience with EMC/EMI regulatory compliance testing.
  • Expertise in Signal Integrity measurements using network analyzers and oscilloscopes.
  • Familiarity with environmental and certification testing for electronic products.
  • Experience managing prototype builds, including BOM creation and build change requests.
  • Experience with Functional Safety product development (IEC 61508) is a plus.
