Senior Cost Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Cost Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the contract manager in conducting cost estimates, planning and managing costs. They will also prepare contracts and documents, liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers for quotations and procurements, assist in budget preparation and cost presentations, and manage and resolve key contractual issues such as variations, extensions of time (EOT), and claims for loss and expense.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Contract Manager in cost estimate, cost planning and cost management.
- Prepare contracts and documents for projects.
- Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers for quotation and procurement.
- Assist in budget preparation and cost presentation.
- Manage and resolve key contractual issues.
