Executive Housekeeping Team Lead

The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring guest rooms, public spaces, and employee areas are clean and well-maintained. This includes:
- Managing housekeeping operations, including supervising staff, coordinating inventory, and implementing cleaning schedules.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborating with engineering and other departments to maintain a high level of service and quality.
- Participating in the management of departmental costs to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, including inventory management and cleaning schedules.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
