Job Title:

ISO Compliance Specialist

Our company is looking for a skilled ISO Compliance Specialist to join our team. As an ISO Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization meets the required standards and regulations.

Your primary duties will include conducting audits to assess our Management System (such as IMS, ISMS, MDQMS etc) for conformity with ISO standard requirements; preparing audit plans for ISO audits and audit reports and submitting within the required timeline; ensuring assigned audits are carried out in compliance with accreditation requirements; reviewing audit reports as and when assigned by Operations team; following-up closely with client on NC notes and taking necessary actions to address and close queries promptly; managing the entire audit process from planning, conducting, reporting, and following up on the assigned audits.

To succeed in this role, you must have a professional diploma or degree and above in related fields such as civil engineering, chemicals, information technology etc. You should also have minimum two years or more of experience in a role or function relating to the respective technical industries. Additionally, you should have successfully completed a Lead Auditor Course in relevant management system.

As an ideal candidate, you will be detailed and customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and a team player. You should have excellent communication, report writing, presentation and analytical skills. You will also be willing to travel overseas to conduct audits and have computer literacy for MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
