We are looking for an experienced Central Trading Position professional to join our team at PERSOLKELLY Singapore Pte Ltd. As a Central Trader, you will be responsible for ensuring that all trade transactions are properly managed and executed.

Your primary responsibilities will include communicating with customers and their agents regarding port/scheduling issues prior to the ETA of the vessel, contacting fuels suppliers for BDR and invoices following delivery of fuel, and validating supplier invoice details. You will also be responsible for reviewing system-generated customer invoices, sending invoices to customers, and following up with Finance/Treasury to ensure trade AP payments are made and customer receipts are allocated.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong quantitative skills, resourcefulness, goal-orientation, and multi-tasking abilities. You should also have good interpersonal skills and ease working in multicultural environments. Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Shipping or a related field)
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience within the Asia bunkering industry
