As Assistant Manager, Poolside & Bar, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional stay. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and coordinating daily Front of the House and Heart of the House operations
  • Monitoring reservation status and communicating with culinary teams
  • Planning and controlling manning to meet business needs
  • Ensuring the appearance, orderliness, cleanliness, and setup of the outlet and its related areas
  • Communicating with team members during daily briefings and conducting monthly department meetings
  • Maintaining service standards and procedures
  • Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance
  • Providing immediate attention to guest complaints and implementing service recovery measures
  • Interpreting financial reports and creating plans to improve profits
  • Providing training and guidance to F&B teams to ensure high-quality products and services

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years of F&B management experience
  • Experience in similar size/style hotels or resorts
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management
  • Leadership and people management skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and independently
