About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Eyewear Specialist to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As an Eyewear Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough eye examinations and recommending optical aids to customers based on their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to identify customer needs and recommend eyewear accordingly.
  • Provide professional advice and solutions to customers based on their eye examination results.
  • Recommend appropriate optical aids based on eye examination results.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism.

Requirements:
  • Fully registered with the Optometrists & Opticians Board (OOB).
  • 2-3 years of working experience in the optical industry.
  • Able to work independently and as a team member.
  • Sales and target driven.
  • Passionate, friendly, and cheerful disposition.
  • Proactive and responsible.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to commit to retail hours.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
