Operations Supervisor Job Description

As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and support the planning and organisation of day-to-day cleaning schedules to ensure efficient operations.
  2. Coordinate manpower resources and staff allocations with operations supervisors across different work sites.
  3. Review and improve processes and workflows to enhance overall productivity and efficiency in operations planning.
  4. Provide administrative and operational support to the operational team efficiently and effectively.
  5. Investigate and respond to clients' queries on cleaning arrangements in a timely manner.
  6. Plan and coordinate the inbound and outbound movement of the company's cleaning inventories.
  7. Submit written reports to the Operations Manager on a weekly basis.

Requirements:

  1. Ability to work effectively in a team environment with excellent communication and understanding of workflow.
  2. Strong listening and empathy skills to handle client inquiries and situations.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
  4. Capacity to work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  5. Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in the cleaning industry.
