Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on downstream solutions, including KrosFlo TFF Systems, TangenX, Spectrum hollow fibers, OPUS pre-packed columns, and chromatography resins
  • Partner with sales to deliver pre- and post-sales technical support, including customer consultations, experimental design input, product demos, and on-site training
  • Troubleshoot workflows and optimize customer applications
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to relay customer feedback into product development
  • Create technical content such as application notes, white papers, and training materials
  • Involve or lead projects and assignments as part of professional development opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific (biology/biochemistry) or engineering (chemical) discipline
  • 3 years' experience working in downstream purification, including filtration and chromatography within a process development environment
  • Solid understanding of TFF and chromatography, scale-up/technology transfer, and CGMP practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and work independently toward defined goals
  • Willingness to travel 50% (domestic, occasional international) and accommodate client schedules
