Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in driving growth and profitability for high net worth and affluent segments. As a Segment Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the performance of various customer segments and develop strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  2. Develop and implement segment strategies that align with business objectives, including setting segment goals, identifying opportunities for growth, and monitoring performance.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors within the segment, understanding their needs and providing excellent service.
  4. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and sales initiatives targeted at the segment.
  5. Analyze segment data to gain insights into customer behavior, market trends, and segment performance, using these insights to inform strategy development and decision-making.
  6. Cross-functional collaboration with departments such as product development, operations, and finance to ensure alignment with overall company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
