We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Markets Investment Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to strengthen oversight and management of private markets investments.
The Associate will be responsible for monitoring capital calls, distributions, and net asset values (NAVs), as well as preparing quarterly performance reports and portfolio analyses for internal stakeholders. Active engagement with fund managers, attending annual meetings, reviewing portfolio company updates, and supporting cash flow forecasting and liquidity management are also key responsibilities.
To succeed in this role, candidates should have 4-6 years of experience in private equity fund-of-funds, secondaries, fund administration, or related private markets investment roles. Strong analytical skills and a solid grasp of private market metrics, such as IRR, DPI, and TVPI, are essential. The ability to work in a lean, hands-on environment is also critical.
