Investment Services Private Markets(ISPVM)
ISPVM is the department responsible for private markets investment services across the GIC group. It is responsible for providing deal structuring and closing, portfolio monitoring, valuation, finance, operations, tax, data management and analytics services in the execution of private markets investments in Real Estate, Private Equity, Private Credit, and Infrastructure. It is also involved in financial reporting and accounting of investment holding companies, as well as operations and financial due diligence for asset operations.
What impact can you make in this role?
We are looking for a suitable candidate to work with a team on a transformation project overseeing the integrity and accuracy of our Investment Book of Records (IBOR) ensuring our data governance standards are upheld but also enable data-driven decisions by our investment teams. You\'ll work with systems and innovative tools to enhance our reference data management processes, enabling seamless data integration and accessibility across the organization. What will you do as an Associate, Data Management?
Support the implementation of new capabilities in an enterprise data project for private markets Participate in developing business user requirements and ensuring they are delivered according to the project plan Monitor and communicate project progress, identify and mitigate risks ahead of time Perform data migration activities in relation to system implementation Develop project-related documentation to facilitate knowledge-
