Description:

The position of Senior Mechanical and Electrical Specialist is a pivotal role in the development of efficient mechanical and electrical solutions. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative M&E systems.

  • You will oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ongoing M&E operations to optimize system performance.
  • Prepare detailed reports, drawings, and documentation to support project deliverables and facilitate decision-making.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to coordinate project activities and ensure effective communication.
  • Continuously explore opportunities to enhance energy efficiency and optimize M&E systems through research and development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E design, project coordination, or system integration.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills to drive results-oriented solutions.
  • Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
