Japanese Speaking Business Development Professional

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with Japanese-speaking clients and facilitating recruitment processes. Your fluency in Japanese language proficiency is essential for effective communication and understanding client needs.
Working closely with the Consultant Team, you will ensure successful placement of candidates while maintaining client satisfaction and profitability.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand various industries and sectors where hiring is in demand.
- Client Development and Maintenance: Identify and develop relationships with clients, both new and existing, by understanding their business objectives, culture, and recruitment needs.
- Client Consultation: Provide expert advice and consultation to clients regarding their recruitment requirements, collaborating to develop customized strategies tailored to their specific needs.
- Position Delivery and Communication: Manage the delivery of new positions secured from clients by liaising closely with the Consultant Team, ensuring clear communication of position requirements, client expectations, and candidate profiles.
- Negotiation: Conduct negotiations with clients to finalize terms of engagement, including service fees, contract terms, and candidate offers, striving to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in business development/sales/recruitment.
- Candidate must be fluent in Japanese language proficiency (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with Japanese-speaking clients.
- Strong understanding of market research methodologies and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with Japanese-speaking clients.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop effective recruitment strategies and solutions.
