Job Title: Architectural Project Leader

Job Description

This position oversees the architectural coordination works for various projects. The successful candidate will lead a team of architects to ensure timely completion, high-quality designs, and compliance with local codes and authority submissions.

  • Attend technical meetings and site visits to provide technical solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Review and value-add to designs, specifications, and drawings submitted by consultants.
  • Coordinate with structural and M&E teams to ensure final designs meet architect's requirements.
  • Inform project managers of any technical or site problems related to architectural works.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management, clients, and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A qualification from a recognized university listed by BCA and Board of Architects.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural coordination works.
  • Conversance with local codes and authority submissions.
  • Proficiency in software such as Revit, AutoCad, Sketch-up, and others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, coaching skills, and organizing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
