**Role Summary:**

We are seeking a senior leader to drive our group-wide sustainability agenda.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Create and execute a comprehensive sustainability strategy, aligning with long-term business goals.
    • Serve as the primary advisor to the Board on sustainability matters, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Governance & Compliance:
    • Oversee sustainability governance, reporting, and compliance with leading frameworks.
    • Ensure group-wide alignment with stakeholder expectations.
  • Investment Integration:
    • Partner with investment teams to integrate ESG into due diligence and portfolio reviews.
    • Provide strategic oversight on sustainability-related investments.
  • Operational Transformation:
    • Embed sustainability into business operations, supply chain, and new ventures.
    • Drive internal transformation to build a sustainability-first culture.
  • External Engagement:
    • Represent the organization in sustainability forums and global partnerships.
    • Build relationships with governments, NGOs, industry leaders, and investors.
  • Leadership Development:
    • Lead and mentor a high-performing sustainability team.
    • Build internal capabilities through training and engagement.

**Requirements:**

  • At least 20 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, or related leadership roles.
  • Possess experience in family businesses or exposure to the wellness / well-being industry.
  • Proven track record in corporate sustainability governance and strategy, with exposure to sustainability-related investments.
  • Deep knowledge of global sustainability frameworks and climate governance standards.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
