BIM Manager Job Description

BIM Manager Job Summary

The BIM Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing BIM project execution plans, ensuring seamless collaboration and documentation among project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement BIM project execution plans to meet project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams to provide solutions for BIM-related technical issues.
  • Establish processes and workflows for efficient delivery of project BIM deliverables.
  • Set guidelines for internal and external model exchanges between project stakeholders.
  • Attend client meetings and lead decision-making processes affecting BIM deliverables.
  • Liaise and coordinate with other trades for cross-team support on BIM software.
  • Regularly meet with key project staff to update on progress and document meeting minutes.

Requirements:

  • Certificate in AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
  • Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E drafting using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM.
