Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Student Care Educator to join our team. As a Student Care Educator with PlayFACTO, you will play a vital role in developing students' hearts and minds using our unique positive education framework, daily enrichment programs, and guided assistance with primary homework assignments.
Key Responsibilities- Lesson Delivery: Deliver and present lesson content to children in a engaging and effective manner.
- Supervision: Supervise primary school children (P1-P6) to ensure completion of daily homework and provide guidance as needed.
- Safety and Wellbeing: Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children at all times, including timely transfer from school to student centre when required.
- Communication: Regularly communicate with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and behaviour.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks such as sales, collection of fees, and upkeep of centre premises.
- Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform any other ad-hoc duties as delegated by Centre Head.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in education/student care/classroom experience, preferably at the primary level.
- Qualifications: Preference given to candidates with Professional Certificate/NiTEC/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Linguistics/Languages, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
- Skills: Able to guide students in primary school subjects, possess excellent work ethic and professional integrity, exhibit a positive attitude when faced with challenges, love children and the learning process, and possess a passion for working with and nurturing children.
