Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the full lifecycle of customer deployment projects, from kick-off to post-deployment support. This includes assisting product managers to coordinate documentation and verifying customer requirements, conducting workflow testing and validation of custom components, overseeing customer onboarding processes, capturing and relaying user feedback, managing pilot projects or Proof-of-Concepts, tracking and reporting project milestones and financials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and align on deployment plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum diploma in Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field;
  • 2–4 years of experience in healthcare-related projects or product deployment, preferably in a customer-facing role;
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with clinicians and healthcare professionals;
  • Familiarity with basic configuration languages (HTML, CSS, LaTeX, Python) and deployment tools (e.g., Bitbucket, Semaphore);
  • Understanding of testing, validation, and healthcare IT implementation cycles;
  • Familiarity with project management frameworks, with experience using tools such as Asana, Jira;
  • PMP certification (good to have);
