Job Title: Mentor Support Specialist About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team.As a Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing environment for patients.Your responsibilities will include collaborating with therapists to guide and support patients through their prescribed programs, ensuring safe patient transfers, managing inventory, and maintaining seamless department operations.You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance the quality of care.The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with therapists to develop and implement individualized patient plans.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients during therapy sessions.
  • Assist patients with daily activities, such as bathing and dressing.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve patient care.
 Requirements:
  • Degree in Healthcare or related field (e.g., nursing, social work).
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Certification in CPR/First Aid.
