Job Description:

As a member of our dynamic interprofessional team, we are seeking skilled Occupational Therapists to deliver person-centered care and holistic rehabilitation services. Our therapy hub serves the community across various settings, including nursing homes, day rehabilitation centers, community hospitals, and home therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and identify individual client needs, formulating and implementing appropriate therapy programs
  • Monitor training programs and review their effectiveness
  • Liaise with various disciplines involved in the rehabilitative treatment process
  • Refer clients to relevant specialists for consultation and intervention
Requirements:
  • Recognised Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Registration with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore as Full Registrant
