Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to determine the care needs of our elderly admissions and implement regular care plan reviews with appropriate therapeutic interventions.
  • Develop and facilitate group therapy programs that cater to the diverse needs of elderly participants, fostering a sense of community and social connection.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care planning and optimize therapy schedules.
  • Evaluate and document client progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based interventions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in occupational therapy, staying abreast of emerging trends and research findings.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Full registration with the relevant professional body.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with elderly populations, preferably in a clinical or community setting.
