Job Title:

Key Account Manager – Customer Experience Specialist

This is a customer-focused role where you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers via email and live chat. You will also handle escalations, deliver solutions within company guidelines, and ensure regular updates to customers.

The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service, a Diploma in any field, JLPT N2 or N1 certification, and fluency in English language. Previous experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage, but fresh graduates are also welcome. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and adaptability are essential for this role.

You will receive comprehensive training on the job and work in a fast-paced environment with a team of like-minded individuals. Basic computer skills and ability to perform overtime are required.

  5. Ensure regular updates to customers' queries and solve within stipulated timelines
