Job Description

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) professional to oversee the administration and development of our safety, environmental, and industrial hygiene program for our Tuas II facility in Singapore. This role will provide strategic leadership and guidance in achieving safety, environmental, and IH-related performance objectives and compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.

The EHS manager will be responsible for collaborating with site leadership to establish and execute the safety, environmental, and IH strategic plan for the site. They will also supervise the EHS team supporting Tuas II operations and ensure compliance with governmental regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

This role requires a strong understanding of EHS principles, practices, and regulations, as well as excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of implementing effective EHS programs and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry setting.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, laws, and industry standards, including OSHA and ISO 14001.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
