Technical Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading technical teams in the design, development, and deployment of medium to large-scale J2EE projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical teams in J2EE solution architecting and design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Diploma in Computer Studies with at least Four (4) full J2EE SDLC experience in the role of Technical Lead.
  • At least 3 years experience in a Technical Lead role.
  • Track record in leading technical teams for design, development, and deployment of medium or large scale J2EE project using platform products like IBM Websphere, Oracle.
  • Knowledge and hands-on working experience in Struts Framework, SPRING Framework, Hibernate, Web Services (SOAP and/or REST), JMS, Java Design Patterns, HTML5, JQuery, JNDI, JSP, XML, Java Script, IBM MQ-Series, Crystal Reports and/or Biometrics.
