Technical Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our team and lead the design, development, and deployment of medium to large-scale J2EE projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of J2EE developers in architecting and implementing enterprise-scale applications. This includes gathering requirements, designing technical solutions, and leading the team in implementing, testing, and commissioning the applications.

The Technical Lead will also be responsible for investigating and resolving production issues, working closely with the development team to identify and resolve problems quickly.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in J2EE technology, including experience with Struts Framework, SPRING Framework, Hibernate, Web Services, JMS, Java Design Patterns, HTML5, JQuery, JNDI, JSP, XML, and Java Script.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and lead dynamic projects teams.

Requirements
  • A graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Technical Lead role is essential.
  • Track record of leading technical teams for design, development, and deployment of medium or large-scale J2EE projects using platform products like IBM Websphere, Oracle is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Struts Framework, SPRING Framework, Hibernate, Web Services, JMS, Java Design Patterns, HTML5, JQuery, JNDI, JSP, XML, Java Script, and Biometrics is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a self-motivated and result-oriented manner is essential.
  • The ability to lead and front customer in the investigation of technical issues is a must.
