About the Role:

This role requires the responsible individual to monitor, analyze and optimize organizational costs. The incumbent will deliver accurate financial data to support strategic decision-making, identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost Monitoring: Track costs across projects, operations and logistics to ensure alignment with stakeholders.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct monthly cost analyses to compare actual expenditures against budgets, identify variances and support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with departments to assist in forecasting and develop cost-effective budgets.
  • Forecasting: Prepare accurate cost forecasts and contribute to financial planning and budgeting processes.
  • Reporting: Produce regular reports on costs, budgets and variances to keep stakeholders informed and maintain transparency.
  • Cost Management: Generate detailed cost and expenditure reports to support proactive cost management.
  • Project Tracking: Track project-specific costs to ensure expenditures remain within budget and align with financial goals.
  • Compliance: Conduct spot checks on cargo and post-project cost reviews to evaluate profitability and address overspending.
  • Invoicing: Generate and process invoices while maintaining accurate records of contracts, sales agreements, services and activities in the cost tracker.
  • Accounts Receivable: Support accounts receivable tracking by updating records and ensuring timely invoicing.
  • Documentation: Organize and document invoices for easy access and retrieval.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and disputes related to invoices, clarifying incorrect charges and making necessary adjustments.
