Job Title

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Predictive Model Developers.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning predictive models to forecast stock market trends. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and deploying machine learning models to predict financial market movements.
  • Exploring various data sources to craft insightful features for machine learning models.
  • Able to create own data-driven trading strategies and algorithms.
  • Conducting research on new trading strategies.
  • Continuously improving and monitoring the performance of ML models.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in machine learning.
  • Strong coding skills in Python and familiarity with ML and data libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, pandas, etc.).
  • Financial Acumen: Basic understanding of financial markets, trading, and economics.
  • Problem-Solving: Outstanding problem-solving skills with ability to apply machine learning techniques to complex market data.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively within a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience with time-series analysis and forecasting, knowledge of the financial industry, and independent research experience are highly valued.
