Commercial Internship Opportunity

This internship role offers a chance to gain hands-on experience in commercial operations and support the growth of our business.

About the Role:

  • Support the commercial team in driving business growth, market expansion, and operational excellence.
  • Work across key functions such as sales, marketing, and strategic planning.
  • Gain exposure to the commercial operations of a dynamic business.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide dependable support to the Commercial Department in various areas, including order management, trade partners, and corporate partnerships.
  2. Work closely with the Trade Marketing Team to achieve commercial objectives by assisting with administrative, logistical, and executional work.
  3. Engage internal and external stakeholders through professional communication skills and documentation.
  4. Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and business reports as required.
  5. Maintain a performance tracking system for Commercial activities.
  6. Conduct market and industry research to identify opportunities for the Commercial Department.
  7. Plan and execute Commercial events, such as distributor summits and conferences.
  8. Familiarize yourself with e-commerce tools and other Commercial Team technological solutions.
  9. Perform other tasks assigned by your Reporting Officer.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong interest and understanding in the consumer goods industry.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-setting in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resourceful and able to analyze and think critically.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (written / spoken) skills.
  • Self-driven, passionate, and willing to learn.
