Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair medical equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Perform scheduled maintenance according to defined scope and standard operating procedures
  • Close service calls with duly completed service reports
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and escalations
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors

Requirements
  • Degree in Biomedical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Good team player and independent worker with excellent written and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Willingness to work on standby mode by rotations
