Job Description
We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating projects, responding to customer issues, and resolving them within the specified time. You will also manage and work with the team to resolve incidents in the system, provide on-site support during regular system updates, and troubleshoot issues independently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Communications Engineering, or equivalent. A minimum of 3 years' experience in the software development industry or server infrastructure setup is required. Familiarity with Java programming and experience in Go development are preferred. Additionally, you should have experience with at least two Virtualisation Technologies/Platforms, cloud orchestration, configuration management, and auto-scaling techniques. You should also have thorough knowledge of networking, routers, switches, and WiFi setup, as well as hands-on experience in deploying Ceph using different file systems. Good knowledge of storage technologies, such as NAS, SAN, SDS, is also necessary. Experience with automation tools like Salt/Chef/Puppet/Ansible and load balancing setup for TCP/IP, DNS, and routings is required. You should also have experience in using software version control, knowledge of IT security standards, and experience in IT security policy management.
