Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Manager of IT Infrastructure & Operations to lead and oversee the management of our client IT infrastructure, which includes both on-site and cloud-based environments. The ideal candidate will possess extensive in-depth experience in network and database infrastructure management, with a proven track record in handling large-scale environments consisting of more than 400 servers. The candidate should also have significant expertise in network administration, server management, virtualization, and cybersecurity. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential to ensuring the seamless operation of complex IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the IT Infrastructure and Operations team to ensure smooth daily operations and effective performance of all IT systems and services.
  • Oversee the administration and management of the network, servers, virtualization environments, and cybersecurity measures.
  • Provide strategic direction for the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure to align with organizational goals.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex infrastructure issues across various platforms and technologies.
  • Implement and ensure adherence to best practices, policies, and procedures in IT infrastructure management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for optimizing performance, scalability, and reliability of IT systems.
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts and issues to stakeholders across all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure infrastructure supports organizational needs and business objectives.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Manage and ensure the security of the infrastructure, including compliance with relevant cybersecurity standards and regulations.
  • Oversee the planning, deployment, and maintenance of cloud solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure), Office 365, and other critical systems.
  • Lead the budgeting and resource planning for infrastructure projects and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and virtualized environments.
  • Manage all data centers and server rooms to ensure seamless integration of on-premises and cloud resources.
  • Oversee the maintenance and management of network infrastructure (IT & OT), servers, networks, storage, databases, and cloud system.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline.
  • At least 8 years of hands-on experience in Infrastructure and Operations management.
  • Strong expertise in network administration, server management, virtualization, and cybersecurity practices.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address complex infrastructure issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders clearly and confidently.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant industry certifications such as Office 365, ITIL, MCSE, CCNA, or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure).
  • Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects and deployments.
  • Good to have prior experiecen in network/telecom domain experience but not mandatory.
