Senior Flavor Chemist Role

About the Position:

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Flavor Chemist to join our analytical flavor science group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food chemistry, analytical chemistry, or a related field, with a proven track record of designing and executing complex analytical workflows.

  • Key Responsibilities: Design and execute instrumental flavor analysis and sensory evaluation techniques to support the development of appealing next-generation food products.
  • Collaborate with experts in protein extraction and process engineering to translate analytical findings into product insights.
  • Write scientific manuscripts, contribute to project reports, and present findings at international conferences and stakeholder meetings.

Requirements: A Ph.D. in Food Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field, along with expertise in sensory analysis and data interpretation, strong collaboration and communication skills, and familiarity with LC-MS instrumentation and data analysis software.
