At our company, we are seeking a skilled CAD drafter to join our team. As a CAD drafter, you will be responsible for creating precise 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
We require someone with excellent drafting skills, who can work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have experience in AutoCAD and Revit, and be familiar with project specifications and standards.
- Create detailed CAD drawings and BIM models from scratch or based on existing designs.
- Support design coordination by developing, editing, and updating CAD drawings and BIM models.
- Generate General Arrangement (GA) drawings, including accurate Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).
- Interpret electrical trade requirements to produce layout drawings and single-line diagrams.
- Deliver high-quality AutoCAD/BIM outputs within project timelines and quality benchmarks.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in AutoCAD drafting and/or BIM modeling.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (mandatory).
- Experience in drafting for Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) and Fire Protection Services is desirable.
