Customer Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Administrator to join our team at BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support to our Manpower, Training & Engagement Division, handling queries from members of the public and party candidates in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Manpower, Training & Engagement Division, including handling queries and responding to requests in a timely manner.
- Assist with administrative work and other helpdesk services as required to support the business functions of the organisation.
- Analyse queries received through various service touchpoints and provide appropriate advice in accordance with existing guidelines.
- Utilise strong writing skills to craft professional replies to members of the public and party candidates.
- Service quality mindset with at least 3 years of relevant customer service experience.
- Proactive team player with strong verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc).
- Prior working experience in the Public Service Counters will be an advantage.
- Ability to work extended hours during peak periods.
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm.
Location: Novena.
Salary: $2200 to $2700.
Contract Period: ASAP (11 months 29 days).
