Job Title: Quality Assurance Inspector

This position entails performing rigorous final inspections to guarantee conformity to quality and customer standards, as well as supporting ongoing improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting meticulous reviews of coated products to verify their adherence to specified requirements.
  • Analyzing and interpreting technical documents, drawings, and sales orders to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintaining precise records of inspection results and adhering to established protocols.
  • Ensuring proper segregation, labeling, and packaging of products to prevent errors.
  • Managing inventory levels of packaging supplies and participating in monthly stock checks.
  • Reporting quality issues and contributing to the implementation of corrective actions.

Requirements for this role:

  • Secondary 4 education or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of one year of experience working in a manufacturing environment is necessary.

Skillset:

  • Basic math skills for accurate measurements.
  • Participation in Material Review Board (MRB) activities and regular inventory counts.
  • Detailed-oriented individual with excellent attention to detail, thoroughness, and work attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to handle tasks systematically and efficiently.
