Our team is seeking a seasoned Senior Innovation Manager - Cocoa to spearhead the development of innovative cocoa-based ingredients and solutions for our Asian customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food technology, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new and improved cocoa ingredients and technologies that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to design and launch new products that exceed customer expectations.
  • Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop targeted solutions.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply knowledge to drive innovation and growth.

Requirements:

  • MSc or PhD degree in Food Technology or a related field.
  • At least 13 years of experience in senior leadership roles in product development/R&D in the B2B or B2C industry, preferably in the cocoa or chocolate sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and launching successful products that meet customer needs.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
