**What the role is**
- As a Manager/ Senior Manager, Innovation & Transformation in the HR Strategy and Leadership Division, you will assist in building the innovation and organisation development capabilities of MOE officers, as well as drive MOE’s efforts in the Public Sector Transformation (PST) initiative. You will also provide guidance and support in change management efforts to build an organisational culture of innovation and transformation.

**What you will be working on**
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive transformation efforts
- Develop and provide support for change management plans to facilitate organisational culture change
- Design, implement and evaluate organisation development interventions at different levels of the system (e.g. individual, teams and organisation) relating to areas such as innovation, transformation and organisational culture, behaviours and values
- Build innovation and organisational development capabilities through designing training resources and conducting training workshops
- Oversee and administer innovation funding and awards within MOE to enable and support innovation efforts

**What we are looking for**
- Good writing, communication and presentation skills
- Good analytical, event management, training and facilitation skills
- Ability to interact and build positive work relations with stakeholders at all levels, within and across organisations
- Highly self-motivated, proactive and resourceful team player with the passion and commitment to drive innovation and organisation development work
