Job Title: Allocation Specialist

Role Description:

This is a fixed-term contract role where you will be responsible for delivering what the customer wants through effective and timely product allocation. Your goal is to maximise sell-through by delivering the right products, in the right quantities and options, to the right channels at the right times.

  • You will support retail and VM teams to execute action plans that drive trade and gross profit.
  • Load and execute the VM matrix, aligning it across all channels.
  • Collaborate with the distribution team to meet dispatch deadlines and deliver on-demand forecasts.
  • Regularly complete site visits, store visits, and distribution to validate stock levels, identify opportunities to optimise inventory.
  • Build capacity reports for all channels and distribute stock accordingly.
  • Manage the effective execution of promotional activities across all channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • You are a systems and process champion with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • You love retail and understand its landscape and requirements for success in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • Excel is your best friend; you are a data guru when it comes to VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
  • You are fast, efficient, and organised.
