Thin Film Process Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced Thin Film Process Engineer to lead our efforts in process optimization, technology transfer, and equipment setup for various semiconductor modules.

This is a challenging role that requires a strong background in materials science, physics, or related fields, as well as the ability to troubleshoot complex process issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain day-to-day process monitoring, identifying and addressing abnormalities in real-time using SPC tools.
  • Lead projects aimed at improving productivity, especially for new processes, utilizing process characteristic analytical tools to enhance process conditions and technology.
  • Establish and optimize process parameters for multiple semiconductor equipment to ensure line stability.
  • Evaluate and develop new equipment, materials, and processes to drive innovation and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in semiconductor foundry module processing.
  • Desirable: experience with advanced technology nodes (22nm and below).
  • Strong understanding of process development, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams and projects related to process improvement or technology transfer.
  • Ability to analyze complex process issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Prior experience with SPC, 8D reporting, DOE, FMEA, and PMO is preferred.
  • Flexibility to commit to shift work.
