Facilities Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities / Property Manager to join our team at Knight Frank. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, maintain, clean, repair, and monitor all facilities management services to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
- Implement the quality maintenance program and comply with government and statutory regulations, conducting regular audits of building and M&E systems.
- Ensure all installation works are in conformance with building and statutory requirements.
- Supervise contractors' maintenance works, ensuring that contractors carry out works in accordance with contract requirements.
- Lead and manage a team to perform scheduled inspections, routine, and ad-hoc maintenance facilities and building works.
- Ensure all feedback/complaints are attended to accordingly to agreed timelines.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate all maintenance works, ensuring that all equipment within premises is in working condition.
- Prepare monthly reports for management and clients.
- Responsible for building risk management, safety, and security.
- Implement energy management programs to reduce operating costs.
- Monitor maintenance budget and progress payments to ensure cash flow projections are met and prompt payments to contractors and service providers.
Requirements:
- Degree in Building, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in building and facility management industry.
- Conversant with codes of practice and regulations.
- Good knowledge in mechanical and electrical and car park systems.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Possess Senior/Fire Safety Manager Certificate.
- Candidates who are certified Green Mark Manager will have an added advantage.
