Job Title: Enforcement Operations Assistant Manager
Job Description:As an Enforcement Operations Assistant Manager, you will assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warrant enforcement section. This includes handling queries from the public, compiling and presenting warrant statistics, and liaising with external agencies to gather information on warrant offenders.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a supervisory capacity, with strong analytical and communication skills. They should be able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment and possess excellent leadership skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Knowledge in any discipline
- At least 3 years of working experience in the enforcement, legal and/or service industry
- 2 years of supervisory experience advantageous
- Process improvement and service design skills beneficial
The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver clear written, verbal, and visual proposals. A flair for customer service is essential, as is a team player mentality.
