Job Description

As a Junior Local Supply Chain Planner-RM, you will be responsible for ensuring a timely supply of materials to the local plant for uninterrupted production processing. You will work closely with the Global Supply Chain Planner and other stakeholders to translate demands, requirements, and special needs into actionable plans.

Key responsibilities include coordinating the receipt of bulk materials from a staging area, mitigating raw material shortages, communicating quality issues to QC, and coordinating returns to vendors. You will also be responsible for ensuring E&Rs execution at the production floor and warehouse, as well as collaborating with global supply chain planners and procurement teams to find local vendors in case of unexpected supply issues.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply management, operations management, or related field
  • At least 5 years of operational planning or related experience
  • Excellent computer skills, including strong knowledge of SAP systems
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively in verbal and written English
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
