WSQ Trainer Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated WSQ Trainer to join our team.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-house and WSQ training programs, analyzing learning needs and formulating training strategies to deliver effective results.
  • Design curriculum, develop training material, and execute training activities including classroom facilitation and conduct course assessment to evaluate trainees' progress.
  • Analyze and review training feedbacks and evaluation for any improvement on each training program conducted to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Handle full spectrum of training administration & liaison with internal & external training partners/customers to foster strong relationships.
  • Maintain training facilities and equipment to provide a conducive learning environment.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned to contribute to the organization's growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Must be ACTA or ACLP certified to demonstrate expertise in WSQ training.
  • Diploma/Degree in any field to provide a solid foundation in education and training.
  • Preferably have training experiences in delivering WSQ course content to showcase relevant skills and knowledge.
  • Have passion for people development with a flair for training to inspire and motivate learners.
  • Confident in stand-up training, facilitation, and assessment to engage and evaluate trainees effectively.
  • IT savvy and familiar with digitalized learning solutions to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Good understanding of WSQ framework to navigate and implement training programs efficiently.
  • Familiarity with the policies and administration of various government schemes and grants for training, as well as WSQ programs and WSQ ATO will be advantageous to secure funding and resources.
  • A team player with good interpersonal and communications skills to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Dedicated, committed, and positive working attitude to drive results and achieve goals.
  • Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful to take initiative and find solutions to challenges.
