Culinary Support Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our team as a Culinary Assistant. As a culinary assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our kitchen operations and ensuring seamless workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.
  • Portion food accordingly and store them in assigned containers and areas to keep them fresh.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, equipment, and workstations.
  • Help with inventory management and restocking supplies.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, including washing dishes and sweeping/mopping floors.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate meal service.
  • Demonstrate initiative by actively seeking out additional tasks and taking on new challenges.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, contributing ideas and supporting fellow team members.
  • Take direction from senior kitchen staff.
  • Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.
