Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on steam turbines, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of parts as needed.
  • Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance in accordance with established procedures and work instructions.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal plant performance and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve plant processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements at all times.
  • Participate in planned outages and ensure that all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in the power plant industry.
  • Strong knowledge of steam turbine maintenance and repair procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
