Job Overview

  • Responsible for the safe delivery of care and clinical decisions to all residents.

Clinical Supervision Role

Residents' Activities Management

  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Additional Responsibilities

You may be assigned additional responsibilities by Senior Nurse Manager/Nurse Manager/Assistant Nurse Manager/Senior Staff Nurses.

  • Act as liaison person with hospitals, sponsors, and other healthcare providers.
  • Ensure holistic cleanliness of resident care areas.
  • Deputize for SCM/SNM/CM/NM/ACM/ANM/SSN in their absence.
  • Maintain accurate log-books and records.
Requirements
  • Locally Trained: Degree or Advanced Diploma/Diploma in Nursing with valid license from Singapore Nursing Board.
  • Foreign Trained: Degree/Diploma in Nursing with Board Pass (Professional Regulation Council).
  • State Registered Nurse with valid practicing license issued by the Singapore Nursing Board.
  • Valid certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support.
  • At least 2-3 years of post-registration experience, preferably in geriatric care settings.
